With the aim to create comfortable conditions of cooperation with Delivery, we publish the approved schedule of working hours for New Year holidays:

On December 25, January 02, January 06, and January 08 - all representative offices will work from 9:00 A.M. till 03:00 P.M. for reception and issue of the cargo.

January 01 and 07 are holidays.

Some warehouses of the company “Delivery” will have additional holidays:

the representative offices No. 3, 5, and 6 in Odesa city will have additional holidays on January 02 and 08.

the representative offices No. 6 and 9 in Kharkiv city will have additional holidays on December 31 and January 08.

the representative office No. 1 in Kyiv city will have an additional holiday on December 31.

Warehouse in Kakhovka city – additional day-off on January, 2 

the representative office No. 17 in Kyiv city will have additional holidays on January 2 and 3

We would like to draw your attention to cargo schedule for the period of holidays:

• the cargo received for shipping on December 23 and 25 will start their itinerary on December 26.
• the cargo received for shipping on December 30 and January 02 will start their itinerary on December 03.
• the cargo received for shipping on January 06 and January 08 will start their itinerary on January 09.

Arrival of such shipments will be done according to traffic schedule to the place of destination.

On December 23, in the building of Customer Service Center of the company “Delivery” the traditional (the IV one) Rapid Chess Tournament with participation of the clients and employees of the company was conducted.

The essential conditions of the participation in the tournament were to be registered in the loyalty program and to have 200 points on the virtual account of the program.

Innovation of this year was conducting of two tournaments - the main one and the tournament in which only professional players took part. The referee of the competition was the arbitrator of the international class Oleksandr Prykhodko.

The main tournament was Swiss-system tournament of 7 rounds with time limit in 10 minutes + 5 seconds.

The medal places were divided as follows:

The 1-st place - Stanislav Horlovetskyi (regular client of the company “Delivery”) with the result of 7 from 7 points.

The 2-nd place - Dmytro Syromyatnikov (the only person who ended in a tie with the winner of the tournament Iulia Osmak) with the result 5.5 from 7 points.

The 3-rd place - Sofiia Morska (the only girl of this tournament) with the result 5 from 7 points. 

In the parallel tournament that was run by a round system of 6 rounds, the first place was taken by Viktor Ianov, who took 5.5 points.  Ievgen Roshka was 1.5 points behind him.

All the winners of this year received prizes from the company “Delivery”:  A tablet, a camera, a mobile phone. 

The next tournament is scheduled for April 2018:  Clients of category “MAXIMUM” will be admitted to it. Also the geography will be extended to all Ukraine. 

Let us remind you that rapid chess tournament was held under the auspices of “Delivery” for the fourth time.  The status of the tournament rises each year thanks to participation of professional chess players.  So, Iulia Osmak, current rapid chess champion of Ukraine and the 2006 year champion of Ukraine, Oksana Vozovyk, who are the clients of the company “Delivery”.

Please, draw your attention that COD payments during holidays will be done as follows:

• receipts, paid by December 28 up to 1:00 pm - payments of COD will be available from December 29 after 1:30 pm.
• receipts, paid after 1:00 pm of December 28 - payments of COD will be available from January 4 after 1:30 pm.
• receipts, paid from December 29 till January 2, and also on January 3 after 1:00 - payments of COD will be available from January 4 after 1:30 pm.
• receipts, paid after January 3 after 1:00 pm - payments of COD will be available from January 5.

We would ask you to call to the warehouse to specify the possibility of COD payment.

Logistical company “Delivery” made a drawing of a present following the offer “Parents diligently send. Children win a pet”. 1,490 registered participants of the loyalty program “DeliveryGroup Club” had an opportunity to win an interactive puppy, named Chip.

Situation on roads of Ukraine is still very complicated due to bad weather condition. In some regions, traffic of full-size vehicles is limited therefore delays of cargo arrival are possible.

The most complicated situation is in Kyiv and Kyiv region, Vinnytsa, Zhytomyr, Poltava, Sumy, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv regions – where an intensive snowfall was seen.

Centres of large cities of Ukraine namely, Odesa and Lviv are in a traffic jam.

Also delays of address pick-ups and deliveries are possible on December 19.

•  Entrance of full-size vehicles to Kyiv is forbidden from January 18, from 6 am, because of snowfall and ice slick.

“Delivery” extends features for its carriers. Online service “Carrier area”, that was launched in October, was added with a possibility to offer vacant transport for transportation. 

Filling the order both on “Delivery” website or in the mobile version gives the carrier the possibility to find the cargo quickly and minimize probability to return an empty van from the trip. For this purpose, the owner of the rented van in the order “To offer the van” should indicate in which city and on which date he would like to receive the cargo from “Delivery”. After providing this information the logistics specialist of the office will contact with the carrier: therefore the data will be updated and the trip will be confirmed.

We would like to remind that use of “Carrier area” is free of charge. Among the main features of the “Carrier area” is the real-time control of the trips, the document flow, control of payments, and also asses to the work indexes of the carrier’s vans and drivers in the real-time mode.

“Delivery” gives the clients more features for independent control of their departures: now the address change within one city can be done in the personal area. Earlier the address change could have been done only through application to the manager with the following providing of the copy of the passport.

Service of address change within one city through personal area is free of charge and applies for delivery to the representative office.

To use the service, you should select the targeted receipt in the tab “Receipt Register” of the personal area and click to the panel of actions on the right side from the receipt.

In the drop down list of actions you should select address change and required warehouse of delivery. After confirmation of selected warehouse the information about address change for receipt will be sent to the company managers and you will additionally informed in the opened window on the client screen. 

Cost of service on address change in the company “Delivery”:

• Address change within one city – free of charge
• Address change between the cities – 10 UAH.

The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Kyiv City State Administration, “Institute for Economics and Forecasting of Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences”, State Enterprise “Ukrainian Industry Expertise”, Chinese Commerce Association (CCA) and also the Committee on State-Private Partnership at the Ukrainian CCI are the co-organizers of the event.

Please pay attention that receiving and transfer of money by the service of C.O.D. payment at this representation office is only possible on week days (Monday through Friday).

Service “Cash on Delivery” allows the clients to transfer cash  for any type of delivery: cargo, parcels, pallets, tires.

“Delivery” constantly increases the number of the offices where you can use the service and provide a possibility to the clients to transfer the money for the goods in other cities of Ukraine.

As of today, services “COD by cash” and “Money transfer with cash are rendered by 93 representative offices of “Delivery”.

Due to complicated road situation, caused by snowfall and black ice in the East, delays of cargo arrival are possible all over the territory of Ukraine.

On the road section of Stryi – Mukachevo in the Transcarpathian Ukraine, about a hundred of trailer trucks are halted to complete stop, a part of the roads is blocked for trucks to move through.
