The management company Delivery Group summed up the results of the third quarter of 2017 and found an effective growth in key development indicators. Thus, the amount of cargo transported by Delivery within Ukraine in July-September increased by 14%, compared to the second quarter of this year.
The company outperformed analysts' forecasts and increased the volume in each of the transportation segments. Cargoes over 30 kg - the largest segment of Delivery, increased by + 15%, the pallet segment showed an increase of + 41%, and parcels - up to + 4%.
It is considered that the main driver of cargo turnover growth in the company is the correctly built strategy: with a rapid increase in the cost of services on the market, Delivery was one of the last companies to raise its tariffs, giving customers the opportunity to carry out a painless re-planning of logistics. The increase in customers against a background of more favourable cost of services amounted to + 7.5% by April-June 2017.
Among the trends that consistently show a positive effect is the active development of the IT structure. Thus, at the heart of the Delivery advanced calculator for the calculation of the cost of delivery, there is a radically new logic with an emphasis on the type of cargo and ready-made offers for additional services. Another important issue - system work with document flow - was solved in Delivery by implementing electronic signing of documents in the Personal Area. This service greatly simplified the interaction with customers and suppliers on certification of acts of rendered services, reconciliation acts, contracts, letters and other documents.
Delivery finished the third quarter with a significant increase in the number of trips - up to 16%. However, despite a positive result in the whole, the main customer comments in July-September were related to delays in delivery. In this regard, the main task, adopted by the company for the IV quarter of 2017, is strict fulfilment of obligations on delivery terms. For this, Delivery is already expanding its staff at the sorting warehouses and increasing the number of trunk transport.
Delivery introduced the opportunity to pay for transportation with points for customers working by bank transfer. Earlier, only those customers who used cash payments could do this.
The points available for use can be used if the consignor is the payer on the receipt. The exception is receipts with the cargo pick-up - they can not be paid with points of loyalty program by bank transfer.
It is to be recalled that the loyalty program Club Delivery Group was officially launched on March 9, 2017 and is a system of privileges for regular customers of Delivery Group. The loyalty program allows the payer accumulating point when using the services of four companies of the group: Delivery, DelTruck, Delivery-International, IC Kvorum. The accumulated points can be exchanged for the payment of "Warehouse - Warehouse" transportations via Delivery, as well as for gifts.

Cash on Delivery service allows to transfer cash for the goods to the clients.
Cash on delivery by cash is available for all kinds of deliveries: cargo, parcels, pallets, tires.
In the future , the company plans to increase number of the offices where it will be possible to use the service and to provide an opportunity for the clients to transfer cash for the goods in other cities of Ukraine.

Starting from November 1 of the current year, new prices for address pickup and delivery in Ukraine and some types of additional services become valid in the company "Delivery".
For instance, transporting of car tires or discs starts from 27 UAH now and truck tires start from 35 UAH. As before, stated prices in "Autoprice" are common to transport on 7 tariff zones of Ukraine. Service of processing the receipt on these types of cargo is not charged.
Price of document delivery remains the same: 25 UAH within Ukraine. Minimum price for address delivery of the cargo (from 2 kg to 25 kg) - became 50 UAH. (earlier - 40 UAH). At that, a possibility to order a separate machine for pickup/ delivery appeared - 2 t, 5 t, 10 t, 20 t.
Changes in prices are due to growth of costs to develop logistical constituent, as well as business processes that are aimed to improve quality of service of the clients, - explained Oksana Koshyk, Director of department of attracting and servicing of the clients.

All cargoes accepted for shipment from October 14 to 16 inclusive will begin their actual movement on October 17, and will be delivered to the final destination according to the current schedule of vehicles arrival.
Delivery Group implements the possibility of electronic signing of documents in the Personal Area, thus simplifying the interaction with customers and suppliers on assurance of acts for services rendered, reconciliation acts, contracts, letters and other documents. Starting from October 11, this service is implemented using the service "Vchasno".
How it works: directly in the Personal Area of Delivery Group, the client selects the documents he is interested in by using filters and over the period. Having selected the necessary document and familiarized with it, the counterparty can either sign it with an electronic signature and seal, or reject it by specifying a comment with the reason. In the first case, the document will be certified, and its status will be changed to "Signed" in the Personal Area, as well as in the service "Vchasno". In the second case, the status of the document will be changed to "Rejected". Regardless of the reason, all questions on rejected documents can be discussed via electronic comments under the document, or by calling the Delivery telephone numbers: 067-579-57-39, 067-621-00-51, 067-620-90-97.
"We strived to introduce not just a convenient and legitimate service, but also a service that frees up time for conducting the client's main business. When the signing of the contract takes not a week, but a couple of minutes – a company can start immediately providing services, or shipping goods, receiving payment and increasing profitability," - Chief Accountant of Delivery Lilia Kryshtal-Mindorina says.
In addition, Delivery Group has presented the possibility of printing a costing to an act of completed works both for freight forwarding services and for insurance, with the seals of the company.
Let us recall that on July 18, the logistics company Delivery, in parallel with the existing service for electronic document flow M.E.Doc, started using the service "Vchasno". The service is free of charge for the customers of Delivery.
