The procedure for packing shipments and cargo

Delivery strives to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods. Since goods can be transported over considerable distances and undergo several stages of processing, proper packaging is a prerequisite for their preservation.

The type of packaging is selected taking into account the shape, properties and nature of the cargo, the method, distance and duration of transportation, possible overloading during transportation, as well as compatibility with other shipments. Each cargo requires an appropriate level of protection and high-quality packaging materials.

Packaging must ensure the safety of people, the integrity of other shipments, and the preservation of production equipment. The sender is responsible for proper packaging of the cargo.

The procedure for packing shipments and cargoes, depending on their contents, is established by DELIVERY LLC. If the packaging does not meet the established requirements, the branch operator has the right to offer additional packaging in DELIVERY LLC containers or refuse to accept the shipment.

Packaging requirements are determined by Delivery. If necessary, clients can obtain advice on proper packaging at the company's representative offices, as well as clarify the availability of additional packaging materials.
